The following is a list of special menu items for the Holidays.      All other Bakery Items are also available for ordering for your Holiday gatherings. All orders for Christmas need to be picked up or arrange for delivery before 4:30pm Dec 24th.

Gingerbread House Kit: Includes all pieces to construct your very own masterpiece. Kit comes with all pieces for the house, a boy and girl gingerbread person, candy pieces and one pastery bag of white butter cream frosting. ($25)

Corn Bread Muffins: Inspired by some of the most delicious muffins I've tried, after tasting these corn bread muffins at the Colonnade on Cheshire Bridge Road near Hotlanta I made my own GF version. (6-$9, 12-$16, 24-$28)

Corn Bread Stuffing (Spicy or Traditional): I loved Cracker Barrel's country cornbread dressing before going Gluten Free, so this is my GF version of their awesome super moist Turkey Day sidekick. (Round 7"-$10, 9"-$15)

Sausage Balls: My grandmother was the only one that could make them 'right'. I've modified her's for the GF diet, they're a great hardy appetizer to hold off hunger till Mr. Turkey comes to the table. Loaded with sausage and cheese' and held together with a light, fluffy biscuit dough.  (12-$8, 24-$14, 36-$20)

Pecan Pie: A Southern Classic and my dad's favorite, loaded with plump, meaty Georgia Pecans! ($23)

Old Fasion Apple Crisp: My favorite from back in the day! I loved it so much I asked the lunchroom lady, Ms. Douglas, at Chist the King in Tampa for the recipe and updated it with GF oats. ($16)

Spiced Pumpkin Pecan Cake: This deliciously moist cake is filled with aromatic spices, crystallized ginger, pecans and a hint of rum. Serve it with a dusting of powdered sugar and ginger-flavored whipped cream for a specail treat. ($28)

Pumpkin Pie: The traditional Turkey Day must have favorite! ($16)

Dutch Apple Pie: Another traditional Turkey Day favorite with a crisp, sweet and crumbly topping. Great when reheated in oven to crisp up the top, then melt a little vanilla or cinnamon ice cream on top to make an al-a-mode Yum!! ($16)

Apricot, Cranberry and Walnut Pie: Loaded with the colors of fall foliage, this pie has the sweetness of a pecan pie, with the toothsome addition of dried apricots and cranberries. ($23)

Maple Apple Walnut Crunch Pie: Unlike a traditional apple pie, which should be frozen before being baked, this one, made with grated apples and crunchy oatmeal and walnuts, can be baked ahead of time, frozen or chilled, then warmed before serving.  ($23)

Pumpkin or Eggnog Cheesecake: Cheesecake is a great make-ahead dessert, especially for those with limited freezer space. This scrumptious version is baked in a gingersnap crust and is flavored with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Try this with carmel sauce or whipped cream topping. (Mini-$5, Sm-$22, med-$30, lg-$38)

Apple Ginger Bundt Cake: This autumnal cake  uses applesauce to get it's moist texture, added in is some crystallized ginger and raisins and you’ve got a dessert to be reckoned with. Serve with cinnamon or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. ($28)
